Innovation (25%): How unique and creative is the idea?
Relevance (25%): How well does the idea address the specified problem statement?
Feasibility (25%): Is the proposed solution technically and practically achievable?
Impact (25%): What is the potential impact of the solution on the manufacturing domain?
Outcomes:
Selected teams proceed to the second stage based on their pitch evaluation scores.
Stage 2: Full Presentation
Objective
Assess the detailed project plan, including technical feasibility and end-to-end flow.
Process
Presentation: Selected teams present a comprehensive plan, covering:
Detailed problem analysis.
Complete solution architecture.
Implementation steps and timeline.
Technical specifications and requirements.
Risk analysis and mitigation strategies.
Expected outcomes and metrics for success.

Technical Depth (30%): How well-developed is the technical plan? Are the chosen technologies appropriate?
End-to-End Flow (25%): Is the implementation plan comprehensive and logically structured?
Scalability (20%): Can the solution be scaled for larger applications or different scenarios?
Risk Management (15%): Are potential risks identified and addressed effectively?
Presentation Quality (10%): How clear and professional is the presentation?

Stage 3: Product Development and Demonstration

Evaluate the practical implementation and functionality of the developed product.

Demonstration: Teams present and demonstrate their working product, highlighting:

The Challenge is open to all Tamil Nadu DPIIT-registered startups and professors from various institutions (“Subject Matter Experts”).
Preference would be given to innovative ideas for which patent has already been filed or can be filed in the future.
